Shipping FAQ

How will the king cakes be packaged and shipped?

We will be shipping your king cake with the frosting and trio of colored sugar packaged separately. This will be a fun activity for everyone to frost your cake and sprinkle your own sugar on top! While we make every effort to package the king cake and help keep its shape, we have no control over how the carrier processes and handles the package. Of course, the taste will be every bit as good!

How long will the king cake stay good for after I receive it?

The king cake will be good for 2 days after receiving it. Please keep it as airtight as possible.

TIP: Microwave your slice of king cake for 5-7 seconds for that fresh out of the oven magic!

What are the shipping costs?

1 king cake = $44 (tax included)

2 king cakes = $66

3 king cakes = $88

4 king cakes = $110

Why are shipping costs so high?

Our king cakes are baked fresh with no preservatives, so to keep them delicious and fresh, we ship with 1-2 day shipping. Fast shipping costs more, and we appreciate your understanding!

Can I place a shipping order and in store pick up order together?

PLEASE DO NOT PLACE THEM TOGETHER. Shipping charges are calculated by order totals. Your shipping price will be higher if you combine an in store order. SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

How long does shipping take?

We use UPS 2nd Day Air or USPS Priority Mail Express, whichever gets your king cake to you quicker.

Beyond the 1 to 2 day delivery date, our shipping provider are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by weather conditions, inaccurate or incomplete shipping address information (i.e. wrong or missing apartment or suite number, wrong zip code, etc.), high package volume, mechanical errors, or transit route delays.

Do you ship orders everyday?

Orders are ONLY SHIPPED OUT on TUESDAYS! The cut off for same week shipping is Sunday 11:45 pm. ALL orders received after the cut off will be shipped the FOLLOWING week.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we are so sorry! We also do not deliver to PO or APO boxes or military bases.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package's progress. We are UNABLE to deliver at a specific time.
